How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at Support@thecoffeemachinehub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorisation

We'll send you a returns authorisation number and instructions within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns address.

Refund Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Items should be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty Claims

All coffee machines come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. If you experience issues with your machine within the warranty period, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will guide you through the warranty claim process.
